Since ancient times, the olive tree has been sacred — a symbol of peace, wisdom, and life. Generations of Greeks have cared for these trees with devotion, passing down not only their fruit but the respect for the Earth that sustains them
The Legacy -
A Family Tradition
In this same blessed land, more than a century ago, my ancestors planted our first olive trees. With bare hands and hopeful hearts, they worked the soil, guided only by nature’s rhythm and a deep belief that what the Earth gives must be honored and protected.
These trees became part of our family — silent witnesses to changing times, yet steadfast and generous.
Through wars, seasons, and new beginnings, the love for these trees never faded. My parents continued the tradition, cultivating the same groves with care and dedication, harvesting by hand, and pressing the olives with respect for every drop of liquid gold they yielded.

Today, I am proud to continue this legacy — as the new generation, as a woman inspired by the strength of those before me, and as a guardian of both tradition and sustainability.
Our olive oil is organic, pure, and deeply connected to nature. Every bottle tells the story of the land, of the people who nurtured it, and of a philosophy that values authenticity over mass production.
